Recorded Future is seeking a highly experienced Principal People Partner to join their People team and support the EMEA and APJ Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, primarily Sales. This role involves partnering with senior leaders to advise, coach, and execute across the full employee lifecycle, driving a high-performance culture and supporting strategic initiatives.
- Partnering with senior Sales leaders across EMEA and APJ to deliver people strategies.
- Owning the full People remit for client groups, advising on organizational design, scaling, and succession planning.
- Serving as a trusted advisor and coach to managers.
- Delivering operational excellence from onboarding to offboarding.
- Driving and supporting talent programs in partnership with global Centres of Excellence.
- Analyzing trends and surface insights to address challenges.
- Managing complex employee relations matters.
- Building strong cross-functional relationships.
Requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience as a strategic and operational HR Business Partner.
- Experience supporting multiple geographies.
- Demonstrated success partnering with Sales or other Go-To-Market functions.
- Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of your client group.
- Proven experience influencing and advising senior leaders.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and switching between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A solutions-focused mindset, strong sense of ownership, and high integrity.
- A collaborative, transparent approach.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel internationally ~10–15%.
