Deployment Program Manager, Robotics at Collaborative Robotics

Collaborative Robotics is seeking a Deployment Program Manager to lead robotics projects from inception to deployment. The role involves collaborating with engineers, operations teams, and customers to implement robotic technologies. The ideal candidate will navigate complex projects, solve problems, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Clear communication is essential for sharing ideas and solutions across the organization.Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing onsite testing and preparation of robot fleet.
• Coordinating with engineering, operations, and customer teams to define project scopes, milestones, and deliverables.
• Leading project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling.
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Collaborating with external customers to understand requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Experience leading deployments of robotics and automation.
• Understanding of robotic systems and hardware/software integration.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mindset.
• Experience building customer relationships.
• Skilled in creating operational workflows and documentation.
• Willingness to travel (25-50%).
• US work authorization.
