Salesforce DevOps Engineer

Job Description

Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to enhance their team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining DevOps processes for Salesforce development using Flosum. They will collaborate with development teams to streamline the software development lifecycle, implement automated testing processes, and ensure compliance with security policies. Role involves:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end DevOps processes for Salesforce development using Flosum
• Setting up and managing version control repositories for Salesforce projects
• Creating and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
• Collaborating with development teams to streamline the software development lifecycle
• Implementing and maintaining automated testing processes
• Monitoring and optimizing system performance and deployment processes
• Providing technical guidance and support to development teams on DevOps best practices
• Ensuring compliance with security and governance policies throughout the DevOps lifecycle
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to build, deployment, and release processes
• Staying up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends and tools in the Salesforce ecosystem

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce development and DevOps practices
• Strong proficiency in Flosum for Salesforce DevOps processes
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices
• Knowledge of Salesforce DX and Salesforce CLI
• Experience with automated testing frameworks for Salesforce
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and governance best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect) are a plus
