bit.bio, an award-winning spinout from the University of Cambridge, is seeking a Distributor Manager to manage the indirect selling of its iPSC-derived cell products. The role involves establishing and managing relationships with existing and new distribution & channel partners to drive revenue and growth in key regions globally. The Distributor Manager will report to the commercial leadership and be based in Cambridge, with regular travel to support distributors.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a distributor & channel strategy.
  • Drive global revenue through channel partners.
  • Manage distributor performance and pipeline reviews.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product managers.


Requirements:
  • Minimum BSc Hons Science or equivalent in Cell or Molecular Biology.
  • Proven commercial experience in Life Science distribution.
  • Understanding of selling human cell products in LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Solid technical background in iPSCs and drug discovery.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or equivalent CRM.
  • Ability to travel globally up to 50% of the time.
