Site Reliability Engineer 3 at Behavox

Behavox is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer 3 to play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports its large-scale, distributed systems. The engineer will be responsible for managing deployments across multi-account cloud environments (AWS and GCP), optimizing performance and cost-efficiency, and building automation pipelines that power fast, reliable software delivery.

The primary focus of this role is on infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD, with a strong plus for experience with security best practices. The engineer will collaborate closely with Cloud Platform Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure resilient, scalable, and well-monitored systems.

What the role involves:

• Designing and building observability or SIEM platforms, using modern observability tools and technologies (Prometheus, LGTM stack, Open Telemetry, ClickHouse, etc).
• Creating tooling to automate operations (Python/Golang).
• Automating and streamlining deployment, configuration, and maintenance processes (Ansible/Salt/Terraform).
• Managing and securing infrastructure in AWS/GCP.
• Building CI/CD pipelines with a focus on security scans and vulnerability assessments, if possible.

Requirements:

• A deep and genuine interest in Behavox.
• 5+ years experience in a DevOps/DevSecOps/SRE engineering role, with interest and/or experience in integrating security practices into DevOps process.
• Hands-on experience with modern observability tools and technologies, such as: Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, Open Telemetry, ClickHouse (or other column-oriented databases).
• Development and scripting skills (Python and Golang are preferred), with an emphasis on secure coding practices combined with hands-on experience with AWS/GCP, including securing cloud environments and services.
• Experience in building secure CI/CD pipelines, incorporating security scans, and vulnerability assessments.
