Twist Bioscience is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to expand its market presence in South Korea within the Bioscience (SynBio) and Biopharma sectors. The role involves managing and growing key accounts related to DNA/gene synthesis under the Synthetic Biology portfolio, and developing relationships with pharmaceutical, biopharma, and biotech companies to promote Twist Biopharma Solutions.
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share.
- Develop strategic plans to promote Twist Biopharma Solutions.
- Identify potential clients and establish strong professional relationships.
- Research, prospect, and build connections with new clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals.
- Participate in pricing discussions and negotiations.
- Handle objections and resolve differences effectively.
- Present new products and services and enhance existing client relationships.
- Coordinate with technical staff to meet customer needs and develop revenue streams.
- Organize and participate in client debriefs.
- Attend industry events to gain market insights.
- Present business trends and growth opportunities to management.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to boost sales.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or bioscience sales.
- Good understanding of gene synthesis and Antibody drug discovery.
- Strong network within the biopharma and bioscience sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of building client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biosciences, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage projects across different teams.
