Job Description
Disguise is seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead sales efforts within the Stadium and Arena sector. This role focuses on enhancing fan experiences in major sports and entertainment venues using Disguise's technology.Responsibilities:
  • Lead new business sales cycles valued at $100K–$1M+
  • Design and execute a strategic go-to-market plan
  • Build strong relationships with venue executives and stakeholders
  • Forecast accurately within Salesforce and Clari
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns
  • Represent Disguise at key industry events
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the sports and entertainment market
  • Experience closing complex, technical sales ($100K–$1M+)
  • Deep understanding of stadium operations and AV integrations
  • Experience with structured sales processes (e.g., MEDDPICC, BANT)
  • Proven track record building strong relationships
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience forecasting sales
  • Comfort in public speaking roles
