Disguise is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales in the Stadium and Arena sector. The Sales Manager will focus on enhancing fan experiences through Disguise's technology. This role involves engaging with venue owners, operators, integrators, and AV consultants to promote Disguise's solutions across various venues. Target accounts include major venues such as Madison Square Garden and SoFi Stadium.
Role Involves:
- Leading new business sales cycles valued at $100K–$1M+
- Designing and executing a strategic go-to-market plan
- Building strong relationships with venue executives and stakeholders
- Forecasting accurately within Salesforce and Clari
- Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and demos
- Collaborating with marketing to build targeted campaigns
- Representing Disguise at key industry events
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the sports and entertainment market
- Experience closing complex, technical sales ($100K–$1M+)
- Deep understanding of stadium operations and AV integrations
- Experience with structured sales processes (e.g., MEDDPICC, BANT)
- Proven track record building strong relationships with technical and executive stakeholders
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience forecasting sales for 3months-1+year
- Comfort in public speaking roles
