Project Manager - Dallas at Designit

Designit is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives across distributed teams. The Project Manager will be the strategic force behind fast-paced projects, driving delivery from concept to completion while championing Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of multiple simultaneous fast-paced assigned projects with distributed teams.
• Design and maintain project vision, project working standards, and agreements.
• Develop project roadmaps, release plans, resource allocations, funding requests, and communication strategies.
• Manage project scope, budget, burn charts, Agile ceremonies, and project documentation using tools like Rally and Planview.
• Interface with stakeholders at all levels to ensure priorities align with business needs.
• Mentor and coach Agile teams to ensure the successful adoption of Agile practices.
• Use business analysis techniques to gather and document complex requirements and support full project lifecycle delivery.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Agile methodologies
• 5+ years of broad-based IT and business experience
• Experience managing high-availability IT projects using Agile/Scrum
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field—or equivalent experience
• Onsite in Dallas 3 days a week
