Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a Medical Assistant/Patient Coordinator to join their team in Princeton, New Jersey. This is a full-time hybrid position that involves both clinical and front office duties, supporting patients and providers to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting providers with medical, cosmetic, and laser procedures.
  • Preparing and maintaining exam rooms.
  • Managing inventory and stocking supplies.
  • Documenting treatments, medications, and patient information.
  • Handling patient scheduling, payments, and insurance information.
  • Managing phone calls and communications.
  • Performing administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Previous healthcare experience required.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in dermatology preferred.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and patient scheduling tools preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education is encouraged.
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant is highly encouraged.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
