Tenable is seeking a Principal Customer Success Manager to lead complex, high-value accounts, driving long-term customer retention, growth, and satisfaction. The Principal CSM will leverage advanced product knowledge and industry expertise to address adoption challenges, resolve escalations, and deliver measurable business outcomes. He acts as a trusted advisor and customer advocate, collaborating across internal teams to align solutions with customer objectives.
  • Serve as the strategic lead and primary post-sale point of contact.
  • Develop and execute renewal and expansion strategies.

  • Conduct strategic discovery sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, with 12+ years in customer-facing roles.
  • 7+ years in account management, sales, or similar positions.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Deep understanding of the client’s industry and business processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of Customer Success best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage technical knowledge and product mastery.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching team members.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce.com and Google Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts.
