Calm is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to manage the launch and maximize the potential of new strategic partnerships. The Strategic Partner Manager will collaborate with Business Development Managers and other teams. This role involves managing client-facing partnership tasks, building relationships, executing marketing activities, and analyzing partnership performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in partner qualification and selection.
  • Manage client-facing partnership tasks and communications.
  • Assume day-to-day responsibility of partnerships and build excellent relationships.
  • Drive marketing/sales/retail activities with the partner.
  • Evaluate and secure upsell opportunities.
  • Analyze partnerships and generate insights.
  • Coordinate with other Calm teams.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of related experience.
  • Proven Business Development/Partner Management background.
  • Experience in managing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Keen sense for prioritization.
  • Self-starter and team player.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with a range of partners, from small to large scale
  • Experience working across international time-zones
  • BA/BS degree
