Customer Experience Center Specialist I

Job Description

Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) is seeking a Customer Experience Center Specialist I to join their team in Tyler, TX. This is an entry-level role that provides administrative support and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. The Customer Experience Center Specialist I will handle core policy support functions, such as bind and endorsement processing, while also partnering on efforts to streamline workflows and identify opportunities for greater operational efficiency.Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with underwriting teams to provide comprehensive policy lifecycle support.
• Field external communications for service requests.
• Serve as first point of contact for post-bind support, answering questions and resolving basic policy inquiries.
• Accurate review & filing of underwriting and/or bind documents.
• Maintain organized and accurate files and transaction records.
• Learn and work within industry specific software and Microsoft Excel.
• Support the design and development of SOPs, training materials, and various other related process documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree required
• Industry designations/certifications a plus (ie AU, CPCU or Agents License)
• 0-1 years of customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn industry-specific software
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
• Strong desire to learn and explore new ideas
• Ability to be flexible, embrace change, and quickly pivot in response to shifting priorities
• Ability to work in our Tyler, TX office Monday-Friday
