Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) is seeking a Business Process Optimization Assistant I to join their team. This entry-level role provides administrative support and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within the company. The Business Process Optimization Assistant I will be based in Tyler, TX office.ISC is looking for a candidate who can:
  • Coordinate with underwriting teams to provide comprehensive policy lifecycle support.
  • Field external communications for service requests.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for post-bind support, answering questions and resolving basic policy inquiries.
  • Accurately review & file underwriting and/or bind documents.
  • Maintain organized and accurate files and transaction records.
  • Learn and work within industry-specific software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Support the design and development of SOPs, training materials, and various other related process documentation.
Requirements for the role include:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Industry designations/certifications a plus (ie AU, CPCU or Agents License).
  • 0-1 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn industry-specific software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
  • Strong desire to learn and explore new ideas.
  • Ability to be flexible, embrace change, and quickly pivot in response to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work in our Tyler, TX office Monday-Friday.
