Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) is seeking a Partner Relationship Specialist to join the EventHelper.com team. This role focuses on supporting the special event industry by establishing and expanding partnerships. The Partner Relationship Specialist will collaborate with the Growth and Development Department and leadership team to develop high-quality leads through outbound communication and inbound calls. They will educate venues on the benefits of special event insurance and promote EventHelper.com as the best solution.
Role Involves:
- Recruiting and maintaining referral relationships with venues and strategic partners.
- Advising the leadership team on policy and claim-related concerns.
- Developing and overseeing programs to ensure high service levels for venues.
- Researching and attending trade shows/conventions.
- Developing and evaluating partner outreach strategies.
- Tracking and reporting key metrics to the leadership team.
- Supporting partner policies and requested changes.
- Serving as backup to the Customer Service team.
- Completing special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2-3 years’ sales and/or marketing experience.
- Experience in the commercial insurance industry preferred.
- Public speaking experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual (English + Spanish) is a plus.
