Job Description
Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) is seeking a Partner Relationship Specialist to join their team at EventHelper.com. This role is crucial for supporting and expanding relationships within the special event industry. The Partner Relationship Specialist will collaborate with the Growth and Development Department and leadership team to develop leads and educate venues on the benefits of event insurance through EventHelper.com. They will also work with Underwriting and Customer Service to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Role Involves:
  • Recruiting and maintaining referral relationships with venues and strategic partners.
  • Advising the leadership team on policy and claim-related concerns.
  • Developing and overseeing programs to ensure high service levels for venues.
  • Researching and attending trade shows/conventions.
  • Developing and evaluating partner outreach strategies.
  • Tracking and reporting key metrics to the leadership team.
  • Supporting partner policies and requested changes.
  • Serving as backup to the CSS team.
  • Completing special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years’ sales and/or marketing experience.
  • Experience in the commercial insurance industry preferred.
  • Background in public speaking preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual (English + Spanish) is a plus.
  • Ability to work from the Grass Valley, CA office.
  • Ability to attend west coast tradeshows as needed.
