Clutch is seeking a Customer Experience & Vehicle Intake Coordinator to be the face of the company. This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences during vehicle pickup or sale. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail in vehicle inspections, and the ability to accurately complete paperwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a uniquely special experience to each and every one of our customers.
  • Addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Inspecting vehicles, carefully assessing both cosmetic and mechanical aspects.
  • Accurately and efficiently completing customer paperwork.
  • Assisting other team members with various tasks as necessary.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario).
  • Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
  • Clean criminal background check.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Availability: Minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
