Clutch is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Advocate to represent the company. This role involves being the primary point of contact for customers during vehicle pickup or sale, ensuring a positive and unique experience. The advocate will operate a flatbed truck to transport vehicles across Southern Ontario, requiring exceptional customer service skills to address customer needs and resolve issues.

The Customer Service Delivery Advocate will also inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues, complete paperwork, and assist team members. The company is one of Canada's fastest-growing companies.

Role Involves:

  • Delivering a uniquely special experience to customers.
  • Operating a flatbed truck to transport vehicles.
  • Addressing customer needs and resolving issues.

  • Completing customer paperwork and taking notes.
  • Assisting other team members with various tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of a G Driver’s License (valid in Ontario).
  • Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
  • Clean criminal background check.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Availability for a minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
