Vehicle Delivery Specialist at Clutch Technologies Inc.

Clutch is seeking a Vehicle Delivery Specialist to represent the company. This role involves being the primary point of contact for customers during vehicle pick-up or sale. The ideal candidate will excel at providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Vehicle Delivery Specialist will operate a flatbed truck to transport vehicles to customers' homes across Southern Ontario. They will also inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues, complete paperwork, and maintain customer records.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering a uniquely special experience to each and every one of our customers.
• Safely operating a flatbed truck to transport client vehicles and deliver them directly to their front door across Southern Ontario.
• Addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Inspecting vehicles, carefully assessing both cosmetic and mechanical aspects.
• Accurately and efficiently completing customer paperwork.
• Assisting other team members with various tasks as necessary.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of a G Driver’s License (valid in Ontario).
• Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Availability: Minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
