Agile Space Industries is seeking a Space Exploration Manager to join their Business Development team. This role focuses on shaping civil space product offerings and engaging with the community. The Space Exploration Manager will be the primary contact for strategic civil space customers before contract award, developing technical and programmatic solutions. They will manage and expand the portfolio of civil space customers and partners, requiring a deep understanding of the civil space propulsion systems market and strong relationship-building skills.

Requirements:
- B.S. or advanced degree in related engineering or technical field
- 10+ years of aerospace experience
- 2+ years of propulsion related component or systems engineering, orbital trajectory planning, or space vehicle design
- 2+ years supporting proposal creation, business development, or customer interactions with a focus on the civil space sector
- In-depth understanding of the civil space industry
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivation and results-orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to accommodate tight deadlines and high-priority tasks
- Willingness to travel (25% to 50%)
