Space Exploration Manager

Job Description

Agile Space Industries is seeking a Space Exploration Manager to join its Business Development team. The successful candidate will shape civil space product offerings and evangelize them to the community. He/She will be the main interface with strategic civil space customers prior to contract award and will lead the formation of technical and programmatic solutions. The Space Exploration Manager will manage and expand the company's portfolio of civil space customers and partners.Role involves:

• Being a civil space thought leader.
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Executing business development strategies.
• Developing product and market strategies.
• Managing proposals.
• Conducting market analysis.
• Collaborating cross-functionally.
• Providing customer support.
• Networking at industry events.

Requirements:

• B.S. or advanced degree in related engineering or technical field.
• Minimum 10+ years of aerospace experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of propulsion-related experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of business development experience.
• In-depth understanding of the civil space industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
