NextRoll is seeking a VP of Product to lead its Product team and drive strategy, product innovation, and design for its advertising technology. This role reports to the Chief Business Officer and requires a balance of AdTech expertise, leadership skills, and innovation. The VP of Product will be responsible for driving the product vision, aligning it with business objectives, and ensuring customer-centricity.
Role Involves:
- Developing and communicating a customer-centric product vision.
- Creating a forward-looking product roadmap.
- Leveraging AI technologies and data-driven insights.
- Acting as a strategic partner to the executive team.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, and Partnerships teams.
- Shaping and executing a product strategy.
- Mentoring and leading cross-functional teams.
- Overseeing the entire product development lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in senior product leadership roles in AdTech.
- Experience in AI technologies and their applications in advertising.
- Strong understanding of user experience design principles.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and manage complex product portfolios.
