Paperless Parts is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of implementation engagements. The Implementation Project Manager will manage all aspects of the customer’s experience, working consultatively to set expectations, plan, communicate, and guide customers through the change management process. They will also negotiate project scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring customers have the right tools for long-term success with the Paperless Parts Platform.Responsibilities include:
- Managing and tailoring communications across internal and customer teams.
- Prioritizing time management and urgency, balancing project timelines, resource accountability, scope, and budget.
- Overseeing project scope and managing customer expectations.
- Assessing project health and implementing risk management strategies.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with internal teams, external customers, and executive sponsors.
- Understanding product solutions and facilitating customer discovery.
- Ensuring project records reflect customer goals, timelines, scope, risks, and progress.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes.
- Traveling to customer sites 1-2 times per month.
Requirements include:
- 4+ years of project management experience in customer-facing roles within fast-paced, high-tech companies; SaaS and SI experience preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing operations, large OEMs, or STEM roles related to supply chain, ops management, engineering, or fabrication is a plus.
- Experience working with and communicating with manufacturing firms, along with lean six sigma or process improvement experience, is a plus.
- Experience delivering training to end users.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and/or software integrations is a plus.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to build professional, collaborative relationships.
- Effective time management skills.
- Quick to learn new products, industries, and adapt to changing processes and tools.
