Paperless Parts, a SaaS platform for the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Product Manager to play a key role in the evolution of their product. This role involves driving experiments, breaking down complex problems, and focusing on customer needs. The Product Manager will lead an agile technical team, work cross-functionally, and collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and customer teams.
What this role involves:
- Understanding key drivers of customer problems.
- Leading an agile technical team.
- Working cross-functionally to influence decisions.
- Sharing subject matter expertise and learning from others.
- Understanding SaaS metrics collection and Data-Driven Hypothesis Testing
- Collaborating with UX/UI designers, engineers and customer teams
Requirements:
- 4+ years' product development experience
- Curious, driven problem solving skills
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated experience using Design Thinking and Agile methodologies
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred but not required
- Understanding of modern application architectures
- B2B or B2C SaaS with a metrics-driven methodology
- Analytics, both data architecture and visualization technologies
- APIs to drive packaged and custom integrations
