Engineering Manager at Duetto Research

Duetto is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its integration teams. The Engineering Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to build integrations with partner and hotel data sources. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building high-performing engineering teams, delivering a quality product, and advancing the architecture to support rapid customer onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Own the execution and timely delivery of the product’s roadmap.
• Maintain high quality standards for a mission-critical product.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to the teams.
• Act as the scrum master, championing Agile best practices.
• Collaborate with the product owner and teams on feature planning, design, and implementation.
• Work with the team to build a technical roadmap, ensuring long-term maintainability and scalability.
• Help design solutions for features and review the code.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience building enterprise-grade SaaS applications.
• 2+ years managing teams of at least five full-stack engineers.
• Strong foundation in building modern scalable web applications.
• Track record of delivering complex software products on time with high quality using agile methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with US-based product companies and globally distributed teams.
• Experience in Java server technologies, NoSQL-MongoDB, PostGres and AWS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
