Research Manager at Research Partnership

Research Partnership, part of Inizio Advisory, is seeking a Research Manager to join their team. The company is one of the world's largest pharma market research and consulting agencies. This role offers the opportunity to work with global pharmaceutical and biotech clients, solving marketing and brand challenges through innovative research techniques. The role involves managing projects, preparing client presentations, and supporting junior staff. The position is hybrid, requiring 1-2 days per week in the office, but remote work arrangements are considered.

The role involves:

• Managing 2-3 projects simultaneously.
• Preparing and presenting client presentations.
• Supporting senior management in training junior staff.
• Assisting in writing proposals and implementing projects.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in market research, preferably with healthcare experience.
• Appreciation of marketing and client-side issues.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to multitask under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
