Uniswap Labs is seeking a Customer Support Associate to shape customer support values and processes. The role involves being an early touchpoint for web3 users, addressing inquiries, and representing users internally to improve their experiences. The company is headquartered in SoHo, New York City, and the role offers partial or fully remote options.Responsibilities include:
- Providing user support via Zendesk.
- Acting as an advocate and onboarding specialist for users.
- Handling user inquiries and ensuring SLAs are met.
- Synthesizing insights from user interactions and surfacing critical issues to the Engineering team.
- Assisting in designing and operating user support processes.
- Communicating feedback to stakeholders and providing input on new product features.
- Keeping informational resources up to date.
Requirements include:
- 2+ years of customer support experience in a high-growth environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivation to help others and resolve complex problems.
