Double Good is seeking a Controller to enhance their accounting function. The Controller will maintain the accuracy of financial statements, manage accounting operations, and lead financial strategy. This role involves serving as a key liaison with external auditors and supporting the company's mission through financial stewardship.

• Leading and developing the accounting team.
• Overseeing the preparation of financial statements.
• Managing daily accounting operations.
• Supervising operational accounting.
• Partnering with the FP&A team.
• Optimizing the finance technology stack.
• Developing and enforcing internal controls.
• Coordinating internal and external audits.
• Driving process improvements.
• Leading special financial projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in a senior accounting or financial management role.
• Strong background in GAAP and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
