SpotOn is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to serve as an Outside Sales Representative in Lawrence, NY. The role involves promoting SpotOn's product suite, building relationships with local businesses, and helping them grow. The ideal candidate will be motivated, entrepreneurial, and have a deep understanding of SMB challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Represent SpotOn in the local community.
- Travel to client sites to prospect and build relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle.
- Achieve sales targets, focusing on software, POS solutions, and payment processing.
- Collaborate with the Sales Support team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with small business owners, merchants, and restaurants.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Excellent cold calling and prospecting skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to learn technology basics.
- Ability to embrace feedback and be accountable.
