SpotOn is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative, also known as a Hospitality Specialist, to join their team in Middletown, CT. This role involves promoting SpotOn's full product suite, building relationships with local businesses and restaurant owners, and helping them grow. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a deep understanding of SMB challenges, and a drive to make a significant impact in their local community.Responsibilities include:
- Representing SpotOn in the local community.
- Traveling to client sites to prospect and build relationships.
- Managing the full sales cycle.
- Hitting sales targets, focusing on software, point-of-sale solutions, and payment processing.
- Collaborating with the Sales Support team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with small business owners, merchants, and restaurants.
- Proven track record of delivering against sales goals.
- Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to learn technology basics.
- Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable.
