SpotOn is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Hospitality Specialist to serve as an Outside Sales Representative in Queens, NY. This role involves promoting SpotOn's product suite, building relationships with local businesses and restaurant owners, and helping them grow their businesses. The Hospitality Specialist will work within an assigned territory, managing the full sales cycle and collaborating with the Sales Support team to achieve monthly sales goals.Responsibilities include:
  • Representing SpotOn in the local community.
  • Traveling to client sites to prospect and build relationships.
  • Managing the full sales cycle.
  • Meeting sales targets, focusing on software, POS solutions, and payment processing.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Support team.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, particularly with small business owners, merchants, and restaurants.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (a plus).
  • Ability to manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to learn technology basics.
  • Receptiveness to feedback and accountability.
