Member Value Consultant - Mapping & Staking at National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC)

NISC is seeking a Member Value Consultant to provide Business Process Consultation services for Mapping/Staking on the Utility and Broadband side. The consultant will work within the Member Value team in the Member Success division, collaborating with other consultants and the Account Management team. The role focuses on enhancing member success through expertise and guidance on industry and solution best practices.

The Member Value Consultant will provide remote and onsite consulting, analyze data, develop training, and present at industry events. They will also build tools, influence members, and maintain an understanding of product integrations. The role involves special projects and participation in events like the Member Information Conference.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing remote and onsite consulting and implementation services.
• Analyzing internal data to prioritize opportunities.
• Performing research and data analysis on Member’s product use.
• Developing and delivering software training.
• Coordinating and presenting at workshops and industry events.
• Building tools to support needs assessment.
• Influencing Member interest in new product functionality.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with Enterprise systems is helpful.
• Advanced knowledge of business-related software applications and services.
• Advanced knowledge of the Utility and Broadband industries.
• Advanced knowledge of Project Management processes and theory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced presentation and training skills.
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as often as necessary to meet the goals and objectives of the position.
