AI Senior Solution Consultant

Job Description

Talkdesk is seeking an AI Senior Solutions Consultant to drive the implementation of AI solutions. The role involves supporting Sales Consultants and external partners in their deployments, with a focus on Talkdesk's AI solutions. The consultant will play a key role in shaping AI deal architecture during pre-sales and ensuring a positive experience for customers post-implementation.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading strategic implementations of AI solutions.
• Providing guidance and hands-on support to internal teams, external partners, and customers.
• Collaborating with implementation teams to address AI-specific challenges.
• Participating in the sales process to architect AI solutions.
• Driving post-implementation success and customer adoption.
• Collaborating with internal teams to address feature requests and resolve issues.
• Developing and maintaining AI-specific templates and best practices.
• Acting as a trusted AI advisor to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or significant professional experience.
• 3+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development, with a focus on AI or automation solutions in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, such as Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Basic knowledge with coding languages like JavaScript and REST APIs.
• Consultative approach and ability to communicate technical concepts.
• Mature demeanor and positive attitude.
• Engaging personality and polished communication skills.
• Highly organized self-starter.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
