Tamara, a leading fintech platform in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region, is seeking a Channel Partnerships Associate to join their Builders Program. This role is crucial for shaping the future of Tamara's BNPL solutions by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive demand and growth. The Channel Partnerships Associate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance market presence and ensure the success of partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with key partners in the ecosystem.
  • Develop proposals and support agreements that align with Tamara and partners business objectives and growth strategy.
  • Serve as the primary contact for strategic partners, ensuring needs are met and projects are executed smoothly.
  • Audit and monitor strategic partners' performance and implement strategies to enhance sign-ups, GMV, and achieve mutual goals.
  • Lead demand generation projects for existing strategic partnerships, including co-marketing initiatives and cross-promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for Tamara to work with strategic partners.
  • Develop and lead educational initiatives and training sessions for partners.

Requirements:
  • Internship or co-op training experience in business development or account management (maximum 2 years of experience).
  • Experience in analyzing data and making impactful decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business judgment and communication skills.
  • Ability to self-start and work with minimal supervision.
