Butternut Box is seeking a Maintenance Specialist - Mechanic to report to the Engineering Manager. The role is crucial for ensuring the continuity of the plant's operation through effective maintenance of all production equipment and plant infrastructure. He/she will:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical failures of machines and production equipment.
• Perform regular preventive inspections of machines and equipment.
• Repair and replace worn or damaged mechanical parts.
• Perform maintenance and repair of machines and equipment.
• Collaborate with production, distribution, and other organizational units.
• Provide technical expertise in the commissioning of new machines and equipment.
• Participate in the analysis of the causes of failures and implementation of preventive actions.
• Maintain basic technical documentation related to the tasks performed.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in a similar position.
• Technical education (mechanics, electrical, automation, or related).
• SEP electrical qualifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Readiness to work in a shift system.
• Experience in the food or FMCG industry is a plus.
• Communicative level of English.
• Love for dogs.
