Job Description

Butternut Box is seeking a Maintenance Specialist - Electromechanic to report to the Engineering Manager. This role is crucial for ensuring the continuity of the plant's operation through effective maintenance of all production equipment and plant infrastructure.

Role Involves:

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical/electrical failures of production machines and equipment.
• Performing regular preventive inspections of machines and equipment.
• Repairing and replacing worn or damaged mechanical parts.
• Performing maintenance and repair work on machines and equipment.
• Collaborating with production, distribution, and other organizational units.
• Providing technical expertise in the commissioning of new machines and equipment.
• Participating in the analysis of the causes of failures and implementing preventive actions.
• Maintaining basic technical documentation related to the tasks performed.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in a similar position.
• Technical education (mechanics, electrical, automation, or related).
• SEP electrical qualifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Readiness to work in a shift system.
• Experience in the food or FMCG industry is a plus.
• Communicative level of English.
• Love for dogs.
