Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician in Tucson, Arizona. The Supervising Clinician will uphold the company's clinical values and respect the values of clients, practicing Applied Behavioral Analysis aligned with the Foundations of Care and assent-based principles. They will oversee ABA Therapy and guide Behavior Technicians to meet clinical standards.

Centria's Foundations of Care model emphasizes individualized care through assent-based practices, Practical Functional Assessment & Skills-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT), and Universal Protocols. The company prioritizes clinical quality with multiple layers of support. The Dyad model allows clinicians to focus on clinical services, eliminating operational tasks.

The role involves:

  • Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
  • Training, managing, and retaining a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
  • Developing child-specific behavior plans.
  • Leading and maintaining staff.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
  • BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
  • Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
  • 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience is preferred.
  • Crisis management experience is preferred.
