Job Description
Centria is seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician in Revere, Massachusetts. This role involves providing clinical oversight, training Behavior Technicians, and engaging parents in ABA therapy. The Supervising Clinician will ensure clinical standards are met and contribute to optimal client outcomes.

Role Involves:
  • Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
  • Training and managing Behavior Technicians.
  • Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
  • Developing child-specific behavior plans.
  • Leading and maintaining staff.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in accordance with BACB guidelines.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
  • BCBA certification from the BACB in good standing.
  • Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
  • 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience is preferred.
  • Crisis management experience is preferred.
