Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician in Lynn, Massachusetts. This role involves overseeing ABA therapy, guiding Behavior Technicians, and ensuring clinical standards are met. The Supervising Clinician will work within Centria's Foundations of Care model, which emphasizes individualized, assent-based care using Practical Functional Assessment & Skills-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT) and Universal Protocols.
Role Involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to clients.
- Training and managing Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Maintaining staff by orienting and training team members.
- Coaching and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in accordance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
- BCBA certification in good standing.
- Active state license (if applicable).
- 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience (preferred).
- Crisis management experience (preferred).
