Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician in Saugus, Massachusetts. The Supervising Clinician will embody the company's clinical values and respect for clients, practicing Applied Behavioral Analysis aligned with the Foundations of Care model. This model emphasizes individualized, assent-based care through Practical Functional Assessment & Skills-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT) and Universal Protocols.
The role involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
- Training and managing Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Maintaining staff by orienting and training team members.
- Coaching and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements include:
- Master's degree in accordance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
- BCBA certification in good standing.
- Active state license (when applicable).
- 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience (preferred).
- Crisis management experience (preferred).
