Job Description
Centria is seeking a Director of Clinical Services for their Life Skills Autism Academy in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves leading a team of Supervising Clinicians, ensuring quality care, and driving clinical excellence. The Director will collaborate with various teams to improve performance and client satisfaction.
The role involves:
- Providing clinical case support and supervision to Supervising Clinicians.
- Reviewing client data and ensuring alignment with performance standards.
- Leading group training for Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians.
- Collaborating with internal teams for recruitment and compliance.
- Managing a small caseload and conducting regular check-ins with caregivers.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in accordance with BACB guidelines.
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing.
- Active state license, if applicable.
- 3+ years of experience as a BCBA or 2+ years at Centria.
- Experience mentoring students and analysts in training.
Centria offers:
- Competitive compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually.
