Job Description
Centria is seeking a Director of Clinical Services for its Life Skills Autism Academy (LSAA) in Southwest Phoenix. LSAA is a division of Centria specializing in early intervention for children with autism, ages 6 and younger. The Director will lead a team of Supervising Clinicians, ensuring quality care through data analysis, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives.
Role Involves:
- Providing clinical case support and supervision to Supervising Clinicians.
- Overseeing client data and performance metrics.
- Delivering in-session coaching and resolving challenging situations.
- Implementing performance improvement initiatives.
- Contributing to on-site training and development of clinical staff.
- Assisting with hiring and onboarding new staff.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in accordance with BACB guidelines.
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing.
- Active state license, when applicable.
- 3+ years experience as a BCBA/Supervising Clinician preferred, or 2+ years at Centria overseeing cases & Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
Role Offers:
- Competitive compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually (negotiable).
