Centria is seeking a Traveling Telehealth BCBA to join their team in Albuquerque, NM. This role involves overseeing ABA therapy and providing guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met. The Supervising Clinician will work within Centria's Foundations of Care model, focusing on individualized, assent-based care using Practical Functional Assessment & Skills-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT) and Universal Protocols.
Role Involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
- Training, managing, and retaining a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Leading and maintaining staff.
- Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in accordance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
- 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience is preferred.
- Crisis management experience is preferred.
- Able to travel to our Albuquerque, NM center quarterly to service clients in-person
- Must reside in Pacific Standard or Mountain Standard time zones
