Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their Knauf Maxwell team. This is a hybrid role based in Orange, California. The Account Manager will collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality customer service, ensure service standards are met, and provide efficient service to clients.
Role Involves: - Providing daily administrative support, including gathering renewal information and processing endorsements.
- Processing operations duties related to new and existing accounts.
- Ensuring timely and accurate execution of assigned transactions.
- Occasional client contact to provide insurance information.
- Educating business partners on insurance products and compliance.
- Invoicing accounts and processing premiums.
- Maintaining current files and preparing policy renewal questionnaires.
- Updating agency system client information.
Requirements: - P&C license in the State of California.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- Epic experience.
- Surplus/excess lines experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
