Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their Knauf Maxwell team. This is a hybrid role based in Orange, California. The Account Manager will collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality customer service, ensure service standards are met, and provide efficient service to clients.
    Role Involves:
  • Providing daily administrative support, including gathering renewal information and processing endorsements.
  • Processing operations duties related to new and existing accounts.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate execution of assigned transactions.
  • Occasional client contact to provide insurance information.
  • Educating business partners on insurance products and compliance.
  • Invoicing accounts and processing premiums.
  • Maintaining current files and preparing policy renewal questionnaires.
  • Updating agency system client information.
    Requirements:
  • P&C license in the State of California.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of industry experience.
  • Epic experience.
  • Surplus/excess lines experience.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
