Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their Knauf Maxwell team in San Francisco. This is a hybrid role where the candidate will collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality customer service and ensure service standards are achieved.

The Account Manager will provide efficient, professional, and courteous service to clients, managing risks and ensuring positive customer experiences. The role involves administrative support, processing endorsements, and maintaining client files.

Role Involves:

  • Gathering and preparing renewal information.
  • Processing endorsement requests and certificates of insurance.
  • Maintaining current files and preparing policy renewal questionnaires.
  • Performing agency system client updates.

Requirements:

  • P&C license in the State of California.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of industry experience.
  • Epic experience is required
  • Surplus/excess lines experience is required
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
