Lightspeed is seeking a IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. The candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Evaluate new IT project requests, prioritize, and maintain the project backlog.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams by assigning roles and responsibilities.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and document progress.
• Identify risks, maintain a risk register, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct retrospectives to learn and improve processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in management, information technology, project management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management.
• PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications are an asset.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication in English, both orally and in writing.
