GR8 Tech is seeking a Middle Talent Partner to support the full employee lifecycle. The role involves fostering engagement and strong employee relations within the company. The Middle Talent Partner will work closely with managers and employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assisting in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Supporting managers in resolving conflicts and employee relations issues.
  • Identifying training needs and assisting in the development of training programs.
  • Managing employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Generating HR metrics reports and offering data-driven solutions.
  • Educating managers and employees on HR-related topics and policies.
  • Participating in the creation and updating of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting the full employee lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of core HR processes and ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to set goals, plan tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and facilitation of difficult conversations.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and inform HR decisions.
