The NFL is seeking an intern for its Canada office in Toronto. This is a 12-month, full-time, paid internship. The intern will support various aspects of the business, including marketing, fan development, and corporate partnerships. The intern will gain a comprehensive understanding of the professional football industry through hands-on project assignments, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support on select accounts and initiatives for corporate partners.
  • Lead the fulfillment of merchandise and ticket requests.
  • Support partner road trips to NFL games.
  • Assist with partner campaign reporting.
  • Prepare for NFL Kickoff and other key marketing events.
  • Provide input on new business pitches.
  • Support the execution of season-long campaigns.
  • Support database marketing programs.
  • Update Canadian-specific webpages and content.
  • Assist with administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Recently completed Undergraduate program (preferred, but not required)
  • Preferred Major and Coursework: Suggested but not limited to Business, Economics, Marketing, Sports Management, or Communications
  • OR 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Passion for the business of sport
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Clear & concise communicator, written and oral
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Proactive and a team player
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva
  • Active passport and ability to travel if needed to do so is an asset
