Senior Director, Product Operations at Tebra

Tebra is seeking a Senior Director of Product Operations to lead the strategy, vision, and execution of its product operations. This role involves working with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, and other leaders to align the team against product and company goals. The Director of Product Operations enables the product organization to be more effective in achieving the best customer and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic leader with experience in executing day-to-day operations, planning, and Go-To-Market activities. They should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior-level decision-makers.

Role involves:

• Creating processes, roadmaps, and schedules using key data insights.
• Managing big/strategic initiatives and streamlining product launch plans.
• Driving product team processes, including developing best practices and standardizing operations.
• Coordinating and driving quarterly and annual planning processes.
• Driving telemetry and feature usage metrics.
• Overseeing all products in the portfolio and ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall strategy.
• Supporting the CPTO in the preparation of executive product reviews.
• Coordinating vendor/tools evaluation for the product organization.
• Providing visibility and consistent communication to all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10+ years of operational execution experience, including Product Operation or Product Management experience.
• Experience in the SaaS industry, with products targeted at both enterprise and SMB spaces.
• Strong leadership presence and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience using data to drive actionable insights.
• Demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders and building cross-functional relationships.
• Process improvement orientation and comfort with constant learning and iteration.
