Senior Consultant, Ketchum Analytics at Ketchum U.S.

Ketchum is seeking a Senior Consultant to join their Insights & Strategic Research team. This role offers the opportunity to manage all aspects of insights generation, analytics, and research for the public relations and communications industry. The Senior Consultant will work closely with account teams and clients to provide guidance in the creation of data-driven strategies and tactics.

Responsibilities:

• Manage primary and secondary research projects.
• Analyze communications programming across various channels.
• Support the development of research and measurement proposals.
• Leverage tech-stack and secondary data sources to define target audiences.
• Provide strategic consumer and business insights.
• Develop strong relationships with client and account teams.
• Participate in new business development.
• Maintain expertise in PR measurement and analytic approaches.
• Mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master’s helpful).
• 2-4 years of related experience in communications strategic insights, data, analytics, and research.
• Excellent client management skills.
• Team mentality and desire to collaborate.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent project management, analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in website analytics tools, secondary databases, social media measurement tools, SEO/SEM analysis, and primary research.
• Python, SPSS, Stata, SAS, R or similar statistical package capabilities.
