Taylor is seeking a Strategy Fellow to support the strategy team and gain hands-on experience in the agency business. This is a paid, six-month, remote fellowship program designed for post-undergraduates from accredited HBCUs. The Taylor Fellow will be open-minded, ready to learn, and motivated to start a career in the PR, social, and digital marketing industry.
Responsibilities and learning opportunities:
- Collaborate with strategists, creatives, and account teams
- Support the development of customer journeys and audience segmentation
- Assist with research and analysis for client-facing POVs and reports
- Distill research and client business knowledge
- Elevate cultural trends and industry insights
- Understand metrics and processes involved in gathering data related to PR, Influencer, and/or Social
- Leverage and integrate data to tell insightful stories
Requirements:
- Recent graduates with an undergraduate degree from an accredited HBCU
- Those completing or holding a master’s degree from an accredited HBCU
- Prior experience/internships at PR, Digital/Social, Creative agencies, or relevant coursework
- Experience or passion for consumer categories
- General understanding of Strategic Briefs
- Basic knowledge of tools like Tagger, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management
- Persuasive communication skills
