Andesite, a company focused on building security products that transform how humans and AI collaborate to defend against cyber threats, is seeking a Customer Experience Engineer. The ideal candidate will ensure customers achieve maximum value from Andesite's cybersecurity solutions by providing technical support and driving adoption.

Role involves:

  • Leading onboarding sessions and delivering tailored training.
  • Assisting customers in integrating solutions, including writing Python scripts for API-based integrations.
  • Serving as the primary technical point of contact, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Providing proactive guidance on best practices and optimization strategies.
  • Monitoring customer health metrics and conducting regular technical reviews.
  • Acting as a customer advocate and identifying upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role in cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python for API interaction and scripting.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
