Andesite is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to ensure customers achieve maximum value from their cybersecurity solutions. The Customer Success Engineer will work closely with customers to ensure smooth onboarding, provide technical support, and drive adoption of Andesite's solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding sessions and deliver tailored training.
  • Assist customers in integrating solutions, including writing Python scripts for API-based integrations.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Provide proactive guidance on best practices and optimization strategies.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and conduct regular technical reviews.
  • Act as a customer advocate, communicating feedback to product and engineering teams.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with account managers.
  • Write and maintain Python scripts for automating processes and integrating solutions with third-party tools.
  • Guide customers on leveraging APIs for custom workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably in the enterprise cybersecurity space.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python for API interaction and scripting.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer relationships effectively.
