Job Description
Andesite, a company focused on building security products that transform how humans and AI collaborate to defend against cyber threats, is seeking a Customer Experience Engineer. The ideal candidate will ensure customers achieve maximum value from Andesite's cybersecurity solutions by providing technical support and driving adoption.
Role involves:
- Leading onboarding sessions and delivering tailored training.
- Assisting customers in integrating solutions, including writing Python scripts for API-based integrations.
- Serving as the primary technical point of contact, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Providing proactive guidance on best practices and optimization strategies.
- Monitoring customer health metrics and conducting regular technical reviews.
- Acting as a customer advocate and identifying upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role in cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies.
- Proficiency in Python for API interaction and scripting.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
