Oklo is seeking a Sr. Director of Corporate Development to lead strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, and other external engagements. The Sr. Director will lead the full lifecycle of corporate development activities and serve as a trusted advisor to Oklo’s executive leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end deal execution.
- Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams.
- Develop data-driven business cases and recommendations.
- Evaluate acquisitions, investments, and partnerships.
- Drive diligence, deal documentation, integration planning, and execution.
- Own post-close integration strategy and delivery.
- Oversee and align go-to-market strategies.
- Operate independently, applying sound judgment.
Requirements:
- Strategic and analytical mindset.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and manage senior relationships.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate development, strategic partnerships, consulting, investment banking, or related fields.
- Exceptional financial modeling, research, and analytical skills.
- Passion for market trends, innovation, and competitive dynamics.
- Highly self-directed.
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
