Oklo is seeking a Document Control Manager to develop and implement document control processes and procedures. The Document Control Manager will manage the entire lifecycle of documents within Oklo, ensuring accuracy, proper storage, tracking, and distribution in compliance with internal standards and external regulations. This role involves overseeing the organization of digital records, implementing document management and control systems, and maintaining version control.
The Document Control Manager will work closely with departments across Oklo to ensure easy document access, handle revisions, and ensure regulatory compliance. They will also support audits and assist in proper document retention and disposal according to established policies. This individual will collaborate with project teams and external vendors, ensuring smooth communication and timely document distribution across departments.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing company business processes and stakeholder needs to develop record, document, and data storage and access solutions.
- Developing policies, procedures, and work instructions to implement records management and document control strategies.
- Managing the overall data architecture of records and controlled documents, including access restrictions.
- Writing document control and document management procedures for use across Oklo.
- Monitoring and enforcing document control policies and procedures to maintain document integrity.
- Reviewing, editing, and updating documentation for accuracy, format, and compliance with company standards, including controlled document intake.
- Collaborating with the quality assurance team to maintain consistent document control practices.
- Revising company-wide document management processes and procedures.
- Training staff on document control and document management process and procedures, both initially and on a recurring basis, as well as generate and maintain training records.
Requirements include:
- A Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- Experience with digital document management/control platforms.
- Knowledge of document control best practices.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
