Afresh is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with customers. The Enterprise Account Manager will work closely with customers to identify pain points and opportunities for Afresh to deliver further value. The role involves creating excitement in clients, helping them prioritize goals with Afresh, and establishing themselves as a trusted advisor and Afresh as a strategic partner.
Responsibilities: - Build close relationships with C Suite executives.
- Serve as key quarterback for customer interactions, prioritizations, new opportunities, business reviews, and negotiations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by understanding their roadmap.
- Develop marketing plans with the marketing team.
- Run Executive and CxO discussions and quarterly business reviews.
- Manage complex sales processes and possess excellent presentation and listening skills.
- Achieve sales quotas by developing a sales strategy.
- Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities.
- Run full sales processes as well as opportunity management, negotiation, and closure.
Requirements: - 6+ years of field sales experience, preferably with an emphasis on supply chain and retail/grocery related technology.
- 3+ years of experience focused on generating new business within enterprise accounts (Fortune 100 Companies).
- History of understanding customer pain points and mapping solutions.
- Executive level relationship management.
- Proven success in driving consistent activity, client management, and quota achievement.
- Proven ability to independently foster, manage, and close new client relationships.
- Experience hitting quota of $1M+ of ARR per year.
- Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy and a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to individually identify what is broken and build plans to fix those challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- BA/BS required.
